Not a tall kid, but has a compact, sturdy build. Changes directions well. Explosive hitter who drives through contact. His 4.80 forty on the laser time is a solid number for a linebacker and he does show closing ability on film. His 37-inch vertical speaks to his explosiveness. Currently best when able to run to the ball, but will have to add more bulk and strength to take on blocks at the Power 5 level. Has a great nose for the ball so figures to be productive and should be a good special teamer earlier in his career as well. Main question will be if his size will be a factor in his effectiveness.
