Plays with above average engaging violence when meeting blocks and a physical style that transcends situation. Owns the size and strength to manage traffic. Flashes impressive close-quarters striking power.

Presses his defensive linemen in a similar fashion to a patient running back with his blockers. Has a knack for getting skinny through creases and squeezing into routes to the football.

Run-game instincts include generally good pursuit angles. Displays encouraging foot quickness and lateral suddenness to redirect as needed, whether if overextended or changing path to the ball.

Flashes intriguing blitzing ability and pass-rush feel when aligned from the edge or shooting the A-gap. Initial burst, closing speed, and length could provide a situational pass-rushing option if desired.

Good combine tester early in high school career. Senior season functional athleticism supports the prior data. Sometimes gets greedy going for the strip, resulting in extra yardage.

Solid tackler with strong hands, but arrives high at times. Older athletic testing suggests competency in space, but coverage context is limited. Missed the majority of his junior season with an injury.
