One half of Kentucky's Blaylock twins, Daron came to Lexington as a safety and played in 11 games with one start as a freshman. He played mostly on special teams as a sophomore and junior under Mark Stoops, but he moved to weakside linebacker prior to the 2014 season. Blaylock is the son of former NBA standout Mookie Blaylock.
