Davon Mitchell

Mitchell re-classified from the class of ’25 in to the ’24 class and looks more than ready for the next level. Physically, he’s all of 6-4, 240 pounds and is a really tough cover for an opposing safety or linebacker to match up with. He’s just too big and strong, catches the ball well through contact, runs well after the catch and has a nice catch radius. He was used out wide like a traditional WR, in the slot and even ran some reverses and end arounds. He’s a big bodied kid but runs well and shows excellent timing in jump ball throws. He was also a dominant edge rusher when used on defense and would be a legitimate Top247 prospect on that side of the ball but TE is where he plans to play in college.
