A four-star recruit, Ware was able to redshirt during the 2014 season thanks to Kentucky's depth at the defensive end position, but he received praise from coaches and teammates toward the end of the season for his work on the Wildcat scout team. In 2015, Ware will be counted on to help replace starting defensive ends Bud Dupree and Za'Darius Smith.
