Projection

4-7 Round Day 3

Has the combination of size and speed to be a high-level running back at a major college football program. Rushed for more than 1,300 yards and 18 touchdowns in one of the toughest conferences in the nation (WCAC). Verified 5-foot-11, 185 pounds with ability to add size and strength to a frame that can easily play at 210 pounds at the college level. Speed markers in the 4.6s but is quick to accelerate and has good change of direction. Wrestled at 175 pounds for Good Counsel. Built to run between the tackles but can get to the outside. Is patient in allowing blocks to develop and has an understanding of timing and how to read plays. Does not force runs to the wrong hole often. Subtle movement at the second level allows short runs to turn into big plays. Understands how to set up would-be tacklers. Possesses good vision and instincts. Shows some elusiveness and stop-start ability behind the line of scrimmage. Very good body control goes well with being a relaxed runner. Is comfortable running traffic and does so with a low pad level. Keeps legs driving on first contact and does not go down easily. Understands importance of blitz pick up and shows he can do it. Is not a speedster but if he gets into the open field he will not be tracked down easily. Rarely runs outside the tackles because of team's scheme. Once upper body strength is increased has the ability to be a workhorse running back. Can be a factor in the passing game but has to work on route running and being a reliable pass catcher. Can get on the field early in college because of his running style and talent. Has NFL draft potential.

H.S. Athletic Background
