A big-framed punter with a booming leg and a unique athletic background. Not only plays soccer and basketball, but doubled at times as a quarterback for his high school team – and found plenty of success in that role. Improved every year with both his distance and hang time, putting an exclamation point on his prep career with a senior campaign in which he averaged 49.5 yards per punt. More notably, gave up just 5 return yards over the course of the season. Should be viewed as a future difference-maker on Saturdays that can pin opponents deep in their own territory.

Also played basketball and soccer in high school.
As an 11th grader, was an all-state honorable mention after posting a 91.9 save percentage as a goalkeeper.

2023: MaxPreps All-American. IPSWA All-State selection. Averaged 49.5 yards per punt with 55% landing inside the 20. Allowed just 5 return yards over the course of the season. Helped Mediapolis go 8-3 and make the Iowa Class 2A quarterfinals by also playing some quarterback. Accounted for 1,556 yards of total offense and 13 TD while averaging 8.1 ypc.
2022: MaxPreps Junior All-American. Averaged 48 yards per punt and had touchbacks on 51 of 55 kickoff attempts.
