Elyjah Thurmon

Younger offensive line prospect with a promising profile given basketball background, two-way snaps and arm measurements. Spent much of senior season snapping the football and is viewed as more of an interior projection after a favorable week at the Under Armour All-America Game where he was able to hold his own in the middle against some of the nation’s top pass rushers. Strong initial punch allows him to latch onto assignments and take control. Relatively light on his feet for someone that’s listed at 6-foot-3, 265 pounds and doesn’t exactly labor when asked to get to the second level. Excels as a combo blocker at this stage and understands how to build a pocket. Will need to soak up coaching and spend some time in the weight room, but projects as a multi-year starter at the Power Five level that could be deployed at multiple spots up front. Sunday potential if it all comes together.
