Solidly built with frame to become a classic 5-11, 210ish type of back. Lacks length. Natural runner with instincts and feel. Plays aware. Patient enough to press blocks, even in perimeter situations. Shows good burst and acceleration. Capable of hitting the long ball with good top-end field speed reflected in eye-opening production, in volume and in rate. Obvious plant-and-cut juice. Shows some elusiveness in tight quarters and gains extra yards when available real estate shrinks. Natural center of gravity aids pad level. Two-sport background in basketball, which he played through his sophomore year and produced impressive numbers. Will enter college with relatively low mileage thanks in part to a four-game junior season in Spring 2021. Top speed wins races on the field, but verified data is quite limited. No track participation and no recent combine testing. Relatively limited pass-catching experience. Lack of length shrinks catch radius and curbs frame potential. Sometimes gears down noticeably when redirecting. Will face a significant jump in competition coming from small-school ball. High-floor, college-ready back with enough speed to hit the long ball and the solid physical makeup to carry volume if needed. Projects to the high-major level with the potential to become an NFL Draft candidate.
