Projection

Power 4 Starter

Reminds Us Of

Sam Howell Washington Commanders

Stout frame with a college-ready build. Adequate height with impressive bulk. Strong-armed, dual-threat quarterback who throws with great velocity. Drives the ball downfield and shows good zip to all levels. Particularly good throwing the out and the comeback, but provides true vertical power as well. Athletic runner who extends plays with his legs to find receivers. Can also hurt defenses on the run. Improvisational skills are dangerous in the scramble drill. Can improve footwork and lower-body delivery consistency, which would further maximize arm strength. Missed several games in junior season with knee injury. Top 2020 prospect in the state of Arkansas who should become a quality Power 5 starter.
