Johnny Dixon

Long and slender build with average height. Good athlete with a suddenness to his game on the outside. Not overly aggressive, but can play physical at the line of scrimmage with good length and ball skills. Tracks the ball well and can finish through point of contact without smothering intended target. Instinctive in zone concepts. Backpedal quickness could stand to be improved. Not very explosive, but plays angles well in space against blockers. Can support run effectively and uses good form as tackler. Competitive player with some edge to his game. Will need to fill out before becoming multi-year contributor at the Power 5 level. Could end up as middle round NFL selection come draft day.
