Lines up at left tackle but best suited to slide inside and play guard or center at college level. Has multi-sport background with impressive throws in shot put (49-8) and discus (145-2). Athleticism flashes best when pulling. Has quick feet and plays balanced. Does not spend much time on ground unless he is pancaking defender. Excels as run blocker where ability to bend and physical nature shines. Sinks hips and explodes into defensive player and often jolts him back. Shoots hands inside well and placement is consistent. Heavy handed with nice initial punch that will continue to improve as he adds strength. Remains engaged while driving legs. Finishes blocks well and plays to the whistle. Scrapes and gets to second level well. Uses length and athleticism for success in pass pro. Shows ability to mirror. Absorbs contact and uses hand placement and body control to win reps. Shows ability to get to second level and block in space on screens. Has to continue to develop pass pro technique. Is a bit mechanical in sliding his feet to cover speed around edge. Continued strength development is important. Early contributor at Top 25 college program. Mid-round NFL draft potential.
