2-3 Round Day 2

Mauler by nature with the frame and functional athleticism to develop excellent pass-pro skills. Excellent measurables verified at 2024 All-American Bowl: 6-6 5/8, 299 with a 34 7/8-inch arm and a 10-inch hand. Cuts a lean profile with obvious space to add mass as desired. Owns valuable two-way experience with extensive reps at multiple line spots. Relatively new to offensive line duty; junior season marked first on the O-line. Flashes startling pop in the run game. Often aligned at right tackle and travels quickly across the formation as a puller with encouraging urgency. Capable of detonating on edge targets and second-level defenders in pulling and climbing situations. Also displays throw-around strength when initial contact doesn't dislodge defenders. Plays with some nastiness, looks to finish blocks and for extra work when available. Keeps feet active as a drive blocker. Performed well throughout All-American Bowl week while facing excellent competition. A bit high-cut physically, which can compromise pad level/leverage. Can more consistently get extension and capitalize on excellent length. Still developing balance/body control, particularly when engaged. More comfortable as a run-game mauler than a pass protector at this stage, but possesses elite physical tools and promising functional athleticism that suggest a very high ceiling in both categories. Projects as a high-major tackle who could start for multiple years before progressing as a potential candidate for the top half of the NFL Draft.
