Tall, athletic frame with the ideal length. On the leaner side, but should be able to add some mass once in college, if desired. A jumbo wide receiver at the high school level that proved to be a walking mismatch every week for opposing defensive backs. Uses long stride to work his way down the field. Above-average ball skills. Flexible in the upper body. Will get airborne to try and make a play. Capable of racking up yards after the catch and evading tacklers in hopes of moving the chains. Productive as a senior totaling over 1,000 receiving yards and 10 touchdowns. Shows some twitch as a route runner, but lacks polish. Also doesn’t have much, if any, experience when it comes to in-line blocking. Needs to add functional strength. One of the more intriguing tight end prospects in the class of 2021 given how football has become more and more of a passing game. Could stick at receiver, but likely to morph into a true ‘Joker’ tight end that spends a majority of his time in the slot. Has a chance to be a multi-year contributor at the Power 5 level.
