Luka Gilbert

Tall and lanky and looks all of the 6-7 he’s listed at. Almost wonder if he outgrows the tight end position and can put on enough weight to play as an offensive tackle. Surprisingly good blocker for his size, physical at the point of attack and has a nice edge in his game. Finishes, plays through the whistle and will put a defender on their back or block them completely out of bounds. A bit of a long strider as a route runner and would love to see him continue to improve his quick twitch and change direction. A huge target with a big catch radius and shows the ability to get low and catch balls thrown around his knees as well as above his head. Has a basketball background as well and is an overall intriguing prospect to monitor.
