Average height for the position. On the thin side right now and will have to add some bulk in college. Very good athlete who has played multiple positions effectively in high school. Has good foot speed and elusiveness as a runner. Passing has improved the more he got to play the position. Has great touch and can make throws on the move. Keeps plays alive with his feet and, despite having the mobility to take off, does not always look to run right away. Stands in the pocket against pressure and delivers passes while taking hits. Comes from football family and has toughness, football savvy and a great approach to the game. Can still improve overall strength as well as velocity on his passes. Only had one true full year at quarterback, so continuing to quicken up his reading of defenses and comfort at the position are key. Will need to sit and learn, but has great upside because of intangibles and athleticism.
