Manasse Itete

Itete is one of the more intriguing players in this year’s class. He’s relatively new to football and has only been playing for the last three years. Basketball was his first love and the reason he came over from the Congo to California. He’s still raw in some areas but shows the kind of physical tools any school will take a chance with. He’s 6-5 with an 82” wing and moves really well. He played on both sides of the ball the last two years but his future is on the offensive line and we think he could end up at tackle or guard. He has a nice aggressive streak in him and isn’t afraid to mix it up in the trenches. Can get the second level with ease and is a finisher. Plays high at times and needs to get stronger before he’s ready to play at the college level but the upside is definitely there.
