Projection
4-7 Round Day 3Big, thick player who could move around and play linebacker or bulk up and play with his hand in the ground in college. A physical inside ‘backer who is strong in run support, can fill a hole and deliver a blow. Can shed blocks, is a sure tackler and solid on the blitz. A naturally big player who may need to lean out a bit in order to stay at linebacker as well as improve his speed and quickness. Could move to the defensive line and play as a three-tech, has the necessary strength, toughness and physicality to excel in the trenches. Plays with a motor, has an edge to his game and is one of those guys who is uncomfortable to play against. Projects as a potential upper tier Power 5 starter and future late-round NFL draft pick or free agent signee.
