Athletic tight end prospect with quality ball skills that excels as a two-level pass catcher. Started his prep career off playing quarterback before changing positions and moving out wide. Size hasn’t been third-party verified, but is believed to be over 6-foot-4 with a more projectable frame. Uses high football IQ to take advantage of zone coverage and has proven to be rather competitive in catch-and-run situations. Owns limited in-line experience, but is a willing blocker out on the perimeter and should get only more effective as a lead escort with improved play strength. Projects as an F-tight end on Saturdays that can line up in the wing or in the slot and create mismatches. Likely will need a developmental year or two to get the body right, but has a chance to make an impact at the Power Four level with his receiving acumen.
