Max Llewellyn

Looks like a classic defensive end with a longer build and room to grow but already has a good start on weight and bulk. Gets off the ball with explosion and has good play speed. Closes to quarterbacks and pursues ball carriers with great effort. Is physical both in taking on blocks on defense and as a blocker on offense. Likes contact. Shows some agility and ability on spin moves and swim moves. Has to still get more technically proficient and get off the ball with more consistent pad level. Projects best as a strongside defensive end but growing into a three-tech is not out of the question. Physicality and tenaciousness give him a high-floor. Frame and explosiveness suggest upside that could allow him to develop into a Sunday player.
