Mykael Wright

Thick kid with a strong lower body and very physical in press coverage. Has both short area quickness and top end speed. Is a twitchy athlete who shows explosiveness getting in and out of his breaks and can turn and run with anyone. Is able to cover down the field without having to clutch, hold and grab and does a nice job playing the football without committing a penalty. Is also an excellent receiver, very good after the catch but projects best as a cover corner in college. Very tough in run support and is an excellent open-field tackler. A quiet, almost shy kid and would like to see him play with more fire and emotion at times, but he does give great effort on the field. Potential early impact player at BCS level and high round NFL draft pick.
