Regie Meant

One of seven Joker Phillips' commitments who made it to campus as part of Mark Stoops' first recruiting class, Meant redshirted in 2013 but was a frequent target of praise from coaches and teammates for his work on the scout team by the end of the season. As a redshirt freshman, Meant was part of a three-man rotation at one defensive tackle spot and played in 11 of 12 games. In 2015 he will compete to replace starting defensive tackle Mike Douglas at that spot.
