Possesses average height and length for a defensive lineman. Has added some weight over the last few years, but still has room to continue filling out his frame. Should top out in the 300 pound range by the time he graduates. Initially signed with Georgia out of high school in the 2018 cycle before heading to junior college for one season. Worked as a rotational defensive lineman at Hutchinson in 2018. Has some positional versatility with the ability to play as a big defensive end in a three-man front or slide inside to three-technique. Plays with good pad level and does a nice job of eating blocks in defending the run. Shows the ability to disengage. Much more of a run defender at this point as opposed to shooting gaps and getting upfield as a pass rusher. Is an ideal fit as an end in a 3-4 scheme. Projects as a contributor at the Power 5 level with the upside of developing into a starter.
