Among the best pure cover corners in the region in terms of instincts, reactionary ability and ball skills. Has looked good at a pair of off-season 7v7 events and excited to see what kind of track numbers he can put up this Spring as he looks noticeably more explosive athletically than he did a year ago. Had 11 INTs over the last two seasons and numerous PBUs. Can play press or off coverage, is a physical player, shows excellent timing breaking on the ball and never panics. Doesn’t need to clutch or grab but plays with excellent technique and feel for the position. Has an athletic frame with room to grow. Very good spatial awareness and has Power 5 ability as a receiver as well as corner but is being recruited primarily as a defensive back right now. Has the frame and skill set to be an early impact player at the college level.
