Well-proportioned through hips with thick bottom half and low waist. Could add some weight without sacrificing flexibility. Decently sized linebacker who attacks ball carriers. Fights through blocks from stand-up position. Shows good burst and short-area agility in pass-rush situations. Flashes great closing speed and array of moves to apply pressure. Mobile enough to clean up tackles in the box. Uses hands well to combat blocks, shows toughness to hold his ground and pursue laterally. Strong tackler who wraps up in space. Could continue to improve overall bend and one-on-one athleticism. Projects as multi-year starter at Power Five level with chance to garner All-Conference acclaim.
