Projection

Power-5 Starter

Comparison

Morgan Moses Washington Commanders

Big-framed, stout offensive lineman who initially looked like a guard projection but now appears to be a legitimate tackle prospect at the Power 5 level. Possesses college-ready size. Long-armed, barrel-chested, and flat-stomached. Strong lower body. Showed seismic improvement from sophomore to junior season. Good motor. Encouraging nimbleness in pass protection relative to size. A terror when cutting loose at the second level in the run game. Hunts linebackers and DB's with impressive open-field athleticism. Flashes disabling strength in the phone booth. Difficult to dislodge from when locked on. Improving leg drive in the run game. Ability to anchor vs. bull rush. Must work on hand placement and consistency. Locks on outside target's frame too often. Sometimes more of a catcher than a puncher. Needs to show more consistent arm extension. Pad level comes and goes. Occasionally plays a bit heavy-footed. Certainly owns right tackle traits, but can he become a true left tackle? Still developing as a prospect, but owns high ceiling with requisite size to succeed at the Power 5 level. Potential to develop into an NFL Draft prospect.
