Explosive in short area movements and has good long speed with a 10.88 100 meter time. Versatile with the ability to play any position in the secondary. Lines up at corner and safety for his high school team. Faces top competition in south Florida, oftentimes manned up against a top wide receiver prospect. Athleticism transfers to the field. Has playmaking skill in coverage with the ability to manhandle receivers off the line and then turn and run down the boundary. Very good range at safety and has pop on contact and finishing strength as a tackler. Shows his dynamic qualities as a punt returner and on interception returns. Could be a safety or slot corner long-term with his build and skill set. Can continue improving his situational awareness when playing safety, which should come with more experience at the position. Projects an early contributor at the Power 5 level with the possibility of being a three-and-done type player. Could develop into a first-round NFL draft selection.
