H.S. Scouting Report

Evaluated 12/08/2023

Andrew Ivins
Andrew Ivins Director of Scouting

High-effort edge player with impressive burst and some lateral quickness. Lacks the ideal measurables as he’s under 6-foot-1, but is barrel chested and well developed in the lower half. Shifts weight well and is able to generate plenty of momentum as he runs the arc. Uses hands well to take on blocks and already has a few pass-rushing moves in the tool belt. Mid-sized frame won’t be for everyone, but senior tape shows a defender that can finish and get after the quarterback. Will likely need a few semesters to get adjusted to the demands and physicality of Power Five football, but could earn a role early on as a situational rusher. NFL potential, especially with his track profile and rare bloodlines.
