Long and thick. Carries 330 pounds but needs to re-shape it a bit. Naturally strong and heavy-handed with initial punch. Bends well, especially given size. Is able to sink hips and win leverage in run blocking. Improved foot speed markedly after junior season. Footwork when pulling is clean, and he is athletic in space. Arm length is an asset in pass protection. Has a nastiness to him. Needs to increase upper body strength to stay engaged on block longer. Hand placement must improve. Lunges and reaches too often in pass pro. Lateral movement in pass pro is a question mark. Has to develop a kick step. Multi-year starter at top-15 program. Looks to be a middle round NFL draft pick.
