Projection

Power 4 Starter

Has verified size with a frame to add 15 pounds. Son of Princeton University coach Bob Surace. Has strong understanding of offense and is smart in reading defenses. High football IQ and does not get rattled. Calm demeanor and does not panic. Keeps emotions in check and has leadership skills. Does well with pre-snap reads and in-game decision making is impressive. Gets through progressions. Maximizes frame with high release point. Release is quick, free and easy. Arms works well in unison to lower body. Fundamentally sound pass. Ball comes out cleanly. Shows good arm strength and touch. Puts ball in places defenders cannot make play on it. Shows ability to slide in pocket while keeping eyes down field. Is comfortable throwing ball over the middle and throws nice deep ball. Rarely takes unnecessary chances. Understands nuances of position and can hold safety with eyes or pump fake. Able to make in-game adjustments with mechanics. Can add strength throughout frame, which will increase arm strength. Does not often air it out to show off arm strength. More physical development will elevate game. Power 5 starter with a lot of physical growth potential.
