2022: Florida Dairy Farmers 4M Player of the Year. Won an offseason QB battle and took over for his older brother at Miami Columbus. Ended up leading Explorers to a 14-1 record and a state title. Completed 197 of 272 pass attempts (72.4 percent) for 2,825 yards with 35 TD to go against 8 INT. Added two rushing scores and caught a TD. Threw for a season-high 265 yards in his first career start, a blowout of Savannah Benedictine, which went on to win a Peach State AAAA title. Finished junior year with seven games in which he tossed three or more TDs.
