Dominant two-way small-school star in TXHSFB's Class 3A. Passes the eyeball test in live exposure. Four-sport athlete with promising context in all sports, including a 6-2 high jump and 44-5 triple jump. Also a productive hitter and pitcher on the diamond and all-around contributor in basketball (15.0 ppg, 6.9 rpg as a junior). Functional athleticism in pads reflects layered multi-sport background. Enormously productive outside receiver with run-after-catch ability. High-volume tackler as a safety with ball skills. Wins contested throws and jump-ball shots. Not a top-end burner but plenty fast relative to physical tools and position projection. Displays encouraging subtle suddenness in pursuit redirection. Positive live evaluation during Texas 7on7 Championships in June 2024. Faces significant jump in competition going from Texas 3A D-II football to the FBS. Long-term position projection might be a bit murky pending verified measurements, but not necessarily a negative by any means. Projects to the FBS level as a potential P4-caliber linebacker prospect who possesses the multi-sport, multi-phase context that suggests a high developmental ceiling.
