As a junior, won the Virginia Class 5 state championship in the shot put with a throw of 57-0. Spring 2022 season also featured a 57-9.75 PR at regionals, plus a 57-8.5 for third place at the Adidas Outdoor Nationals in June 2022 in Greensboro, N.C. Added at least seven discus throws of 141 feet or better, including a 150-10 PR for silver at the Class 5 state meet. Posted a 144-8.5 at the Adidas Outdoor Nationals two weeks later.
Won gold in the indoor shot put with a 54-6.25 at the Adidas Track Nationals in March 2022, four weeks following a Virginia Class 5 indoor state crown (53-6.5).
Fall 2021: Missed junior season with an injury.
Spring 2021: Played a pandemic-abbreviated three-game sophomore season. Got extensive snaps on both sides of the ball at tight end, receiver, and multiple defensive line spots.
