Originally from South Carolina. Ran sprints while at Irmo (S.C.) Dutch Fork posting personal bests of 11.30 and 23.02 as a sophomore.
2021: Transferred into Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy, which played a national schedule. Missed some time due to a nagging groin/hip flexor injury. However, was still part of the rotation for the Ascenders – who played a national schedule – and was able to score a touchdown against Orlando (Fla.) Jones. Also came up big early on in the season against Cincinnati La Salle as he produced multiple chunk plays.
2020: In 9 games at Dutch Fork, caught 13 passes for 228 yards and a score according to MaxPreps.
