A three-star recruit according to the 247Sports Composite, Dorian Baker earned immediate praise during his first preseason camp for his contributions to the UK receiving corp. Baker was counted on for an influx of size and physicality to the position group. He started his second career game vs. Ohio and made an early impact with a touchdown catch on the opening drive. Baker finished his freshman season ranked sixth on the team in receptions (19) and fifth in receiving yards (199). A knee injury ended his season one game early.
