Power 4 StarterBrooks made an incredible physical transformation over the last two years and it has radically changed his game. He dropped over 60 pounds and the difference on the field has been eye opening. He’s moving so much better, especially laterally and looks very comfortable playing the left tackle position. He’s so much more fluid as an athlete now but has maintained his physicality and nastiness. Even when he weighed close to 380 pounds as a freshman, he was still a dominant player and won multiple OL MVPs at various camps. He will likely slide inside and play guard in college but he does have tackle feet and it won’t shock us if he is able to stay at tackle at the college level.

Transferred in to Chatsworth (Calif.) Sierra Canyon following his sophomore year (previously attended Las Vegas Desert Pines). He's built like a guard and that's where he's being recruited but he has always played tackle and is among the most versatile linemen out West.

Also competes in track and field. As a junior, won the CIF Southern Section Division IV shot put championship with a throw of 55-6 in May 2023 . Threw at least 10 shot put reps of 50-plus feet during junior season, according to MileSplit. Set a personal record of 56-0 at the CIF Southern Section Masters event in late May 2023. Also posted a handful of junior-season discus throws in the 125-0 range, including a 127-1 PR.
