H.S. Scouting Report

H.S. Athletic Background

Isuman-Hundley transferred from Liberty Christian High School to Colleyville Heritage and this season he had 43 total tackles with 23 unassisted. He had two sacks for a 5-6 playoff team that was 4-3 in district play. As a junior at Liberty Christian he had 58 tackles with 11 sacks and was named TAPPS All-Division I, District 1. He was a first-team selection on the Denton Record-Chronicle’s All-Area Football Team in 2017. He originally played as a receiver, but a hand injury led to his switch to the defensive line. He also played basketball and was on the track and field team.

Scouting Report: Here is a diamond in the rough for you as Isuman-Hundley has his best football ahead of him. He came out of basketball and has played just a couple of seasons of football. He is still learning the game and still learning how to use body and how to fill out his frame. He makes plays, but you can see on video that he does so almost awkwardly as he is strong, has good agility, but the instincts are still developing. The next two years he’ll benefit from working with Rob Glass and his strength and conditioning staff and then listening to Joe Bob Clements and Greg Richmond. You can see the potential, but he just needs more time to develop. He is going to be fun to watch progress because of his physical attributes.
