![Adam Finkelstein Adam Finkelstein](https://s3media.247sports.com/Uploads/Assets/443/49/11049443.jpeg?fit=bounds&crop=50:50,offset-y0.50&width=50&height=50&fit=crop)
Bailey’s overlap of size and skill is his most easily recognizable asset. At 6-foot-10, he is an exceptional ball-handler and dribbler for his size. He can attack less mobile big men off the dribble, make advanced plays with the ball in the open floor, and can play out of all types of dribble handoff actions in the half-court. He also has very good natural instincts and feel for the game. He’s a good passer for his size and is going to fit seamlessly in offensive structure at the next level with his ability to think the game and play with the ball in his hands.
While Bailey has very good natural hands and touch, his perimeter shooting is not yet at quite the same level as his handling and passing, but this is also an area of untapped potential. If he can develop his shooting into a legitimate weapon from behind the three-point line, it will unlock all types of things within his offensive repertoire.
Physically, Bailey is a more solid athlete than often advertised. He has a solid base in his lower body with a gradually expanding upper body, albeit somewhat narrow shoulders and presumably less length because of it. He’s a well-schooled team defender, who has been particularly well-coached on that end of the floor. He moves fluidly for his size and is a capable leaper. He’s much more of a four than five from a positional standpoint right now, but has the chance to be able to play both positions as he continues to build up his body.
