Verified a shade under 6 foot, 175 pounds in the spring of 2023, and appears to have the growth potential to eventually play around 190-200 pounds. Profiles as a savvy field corner with the schematic versatility to play man-to-man or in a varied zone scheme. Athleticism flashes on the hardwood where he can rise up and finish plays above the rim on both sides of the court. Ball production is ideal, finishing his junior season with eight passes broken up and three interceptions in only ten games. Allows his agility and football instincts to key his work as a zone defender. Locates the ball quickly with his back to the quarterback and can make late adjustments to the ball's flight path. More of an opportunistic striker against the run, but will lower his shoulder and deliver big hits on occasion. An instinctual field corner with flashes of high-caliber athleticism which should lead to him developing into a Power Four starter with NFL Draft upside.
H.S. Athletic Background
Also plays basketball.
