Weir isn't the biggest receiver but he shows explosion and burst when he catches the ball and overcomes the size disadvantage by using his speed to blow by defenders. Has good hands, wiggle and shiftiness and can get in to the open field and dust his defenders. He shows good body control and ability to adjust to throws and can take short passes and turn them in to big games. He'll need to continue to get stronger and add weight and strength but his ball skills and speed should allow him a chance to make an impact a college offense.
