Big-play receiver with proven run-after-catch athleticism, contested-throw acumen, and added value as a return game option. Good height and a wiry strong build that likely holds more weight in college.
Good multi-sport profile with solid to strong track numbers, most notably a 49.46 sophomore 400. Top-end speed often shows on tape, particularly in the vertical passing game and on special teams.
Tracks the ball pretty well in the vertical game. Comes up with traffic catches -- sometimes surprisingly -- in crowded windows, including high-pointing scenarios. Occasionally has shown impressive sideline-minding and spatial awareness while bringing in a throw in a tight spot.
Typically plays with quick, decisive feet at release to create initial separation and lay groundwork for top gear. Dangerous run-after-catch option given acceleration and speed-building ability.
Production increased from sophomore to junior season, especially in per catch rate. Also doubled TD catches.
Sometimes a body catcher. Initial route nuance is more advanced at this stage than at the top of the route.
Can get looser through the hips to better create late separation. Galloping long-strider with proven top-end field speed, but sometimes requires a runway.
Physically gifted wideout who presents a height-speed matchup problem for many defensive backs. Still honing the technical aspects of the position, but provides big-play juice thanks to functional athleticism that translates to offense and special teams. Projects as a high-major prospect who could become an impact player and shares traits with recent NFL Draft archetypes.
