Taller skill prospect who could play either way at the next level, but projects particularly well to the secondary as a lanky, rangy defensive back who could thrive at multiple positions. Extensive snaps at cornerback and comfortable in man or zone. Savvy, crafty defensive back with awareness and anticipatory instincts. Very good ball skills. Turns proverbial 50-50 balls into perilous situations for the offense. Also a threat to create a big play post-turnover thanks to functional athleticism.

Owns desired three-phase participation and provides playmaking impact across all duties. Also possesses strong multi-sport profile that includes a 10.79 100-meter rep during Spring 2023. Flashes some speed-to-power ability as a tackler and produces a big pop if allowed a runway. Pursuit speed and range correspond to track markers.

Creative open-field runner with ability to string moves together in some situations. Can still improve lower-half fluidity and redirecting twitch. Suffers some gear-down when changing direction, but does flash encouraging burst out of those cuts. Occasionally gets greedy and keeps eyes glued to the backfield. Needs to add some mass and strengthen while making the transition to the P5 level.

Flexible, dexterous, competitive piece to a DB room who could fit a variety of roles and stay on the field in all situations. Could see the feel early on special teams as well. Projects as a high-major prospect with the on-field resume and athletic profile that suggest a long-term ceiling at the pro level.
