Mavin Anderson

Strong frame with a running back type body but projects best as a receiver. An explosive athlete who has battled injuries but was healthy as a junior and had a solid season. He has good short area quickness and long speed and clocked a 11.0-100m back as a freshman. Looked primed to run in the 10.5-100m range this year before spring sports were shut down. Is good after the catch and is able to use his strength to create separation. Runs well after the catches and has strong hands as well. Isn’t afraid to go over the middle and is the kind of receiver you can move around and play in the slot and out wide. Can continue to improve as a route runner and showing more explosiveness getting in and out of his breaks. Projects as an impact upper tier Power 5 starter and future mid-round NFL draft pick.
