Long-limbed cornerback with promising track and field markers. At one point reclassified and considered himself a member of the 2025 cycle before moving back to his age-appropriate class. Size has not been third-party verified, but in-person evaluation suggests that he’s hovering around 6-foot-2 with the desired length to match out on the perimeter. Didn’t produce a ton of takeaways during prep career, but didn’t exactly get a lot of opportunities while deployed in both press-man and off-man coverage. Still, showcased the ability to eliminate passing lanes with his reach and take flight when needed. Has proven to be a willing tackler in the open field for someone of his stature and can make stops in pursuit. However, a few semesters in the weight room should only make him more effective in run support. Overall, should be viewed as a potential multi-year starter at the Power Four level and a possible impact player with the combination of his size and speed. Likely going to need plenty of time to develop, but has the tools to emerge as a difference-maker on the outside.
