He shows good closing speed and physicality in getting to the ball carrier while also showing good coverage awareness and willingness to mix it up with his receiver. Crandall has good recovery speed and long speed to stay with his receiver and prevent them from getting the ball. He doesn't mind coming up in to the box and stuffing the run and ending plays. As a returner, he shows good vision and willingness to hit the hole and break outside and pick up more yards.
