Powerful, surprisingly agile interior offensive line prospect who could play defensive tackle at the FBS level if asked. Possesses adequate height with enough frame space to easily get north of 300 pounds in college. Started at left tackle and defensive tackle for perennial Oklahoma power. Has played center and brings valuable snapping experience to next level. Terrific tester with an eye-opening 4.46 in the shuttle. Flashes startling close-quarters power. Heavy-handed at the point of attack with an impressive punch. Strength translates to devastating second-level blocks on linebackers and safeties. Block-finisher who plays with a mean streak. Relishes taking his target to the ground when the opportunity is there. Needs to improve body control and overall balance. Generally agile relative to projected position, but can get outside of his frame and in "runaway train" mode at times when engaged. Sometimes leans too much and gets too far out over his feet, hurting leverage and center of gravity. Lost significant weight to play in great shape as a senior, but must regain good weight as he transitions to college. Position-specific athleticism and guard-to-guard versatility with snapping experience could lead to late-round NFL Draft potential down the road.
