Has an impressive athletic background that includes not just throwing in track and field, but posting numbers that are among the best in his state and region. Also has played basketball. The athleticism shows up in football where he can get out in space and leads plays with speed, quickness and coordination that is on the rare side for players of his size. In closer quarters, he can be a mauler with tenacity and strength, but his mobility is what makes him a national prospect. Quickness and flexibility will serve him well in pass protection but he will need additional reps and technical polishing there. Can play tackle or guard and should provide depth at both in college. Has room to add weight and get stronger, but could be someone who plays early in his career and projects as a multi-year starter at a Power Five institution and will have a chance to play beyond college.
